Some mediatek devices have non removable battery and when you try to flash a rominto the device by switching it off the system won’t recognize it .This is because the mediatek preloader usb vcom drivers don’t get enough time to install ,instead it will directly go to charging.if anything go wrong i am not responsible for it

Do this at your own risk

Don’t worry there is way to fix this

#1- Download sp flash tool (latest)

#2-downlod adb drivers

#3-download MT65xx usb vcom drivers

#4-download the android smart phone universal drivers

#5-install the MT65xx usb vcom drivers (sometimes the driver will not work because of old files so download usbdeview and remove the old drivers )

*Select my computer and right click and select manage
*In management select device manager
*select your device name and right click to add legacy hardware
*click next
*select install the hardware that i manually select from a list(advanced)
*click next
*double clik on show all devices
*click on have disk
*click on browse
*browse the aappropriate .inf file from the mt65xx usb vcom drivers and click open
*click ok
*click next
*click next
*click on finish

#6-install the android smart phone universal drivers

#7-install the sp flash tool

#8-connect the device through usb drivers

#9-install the adb drivers

#10-open sp flash tool as administrator

#11- load the scatter file from the downloaded rom

#12-remove the tick of preloader,cache and usrdata

#13- click on download

#14-wait for the green ring to appear

Congratulation you have successfully flashed your device to a new rom
